Chapman University Rotaract
Whether it be through community service, scholarships, lifelong lessons or new friends Rotaract clubs offer a myriad of amazing opportunities to their members. As an up and coming Rotaract club (the Rotaract club of Chapman University) we will strive for excellence and plan on utilizing these many resources available to the best of our ability. One such resource would be the wonderful Rotarians of the Orange Rotary club who are so generously sponsoring us. We very much look forward to working with them in our community service endeavors and events to come.
As a new club we will be taking things relatively slow until we can get our feet on the ground and members on board in deciding the first service project. However, that does not mean that our efforts will be any less impactful. One of our major goals is to measurably make a difference. That could mean anything from helping X amount of families in need at Thanksgiving to collecting X number of cans for the local food bank to raising X amount of dollars for an event. Mainly, we plan to keep track of these efforts in order to outdo ourselves in years to come. We hope to continuously grow and learn as a club and will constantly push ourselves to be bigger and better. We may be small now but with an overnight growth of 70+ members there is a bright future for the Rotaract club of Chapman ahead.
